| Where is the clean out? |

I have the habit of using a nail hinge style clean out door. On one side or the other (and I usually tell you which side on my attached note card or description) I screw the side shut. You take this screw out far enough to come out of the bottom birdhouse floor and pull the head end of the screw and the side of the birdhouse will swing up. Remember the houses have a coat of spar and the first time you open the door may need to be pried open.
